  1. Made to order - All of our crochet items are handmade and made to order, ensuring that each piece is crafted specifically for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival. Please carefully check your order details before purchasing.

  2. Shipping - Once your order is complete, you will be notified and it will be shipped within 48hrs. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen.

  3. Quality Guarentee - We take pride in the quality of our handmade garments. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair.

  4. Care Instructions - Our garments come with specific care instructions (see "care for your crochet"). Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the product, for which we cannot be held responsible.
